Because We Love Her

It’s Saturday and Chloe went through a successful MRI yesterday.  Dana and I were at the hospital when Dave and Chloe showed up.  Although the appointment was for 10:15 she didn’t get in until about 11 am.  Dave had to go back to work but Chloe was going to be asleep for the procedure anyway.  The “very cute” anesthesiologist made her transition to sleep time much easier.  She’s only 10 but she doesn’t miss a beat when “cute guy alerts” happen.

What a way to finish Spring Break… in an MRI tube but we’ll take it.  Chloe said her time at her dads’ was pretty good.  Firebolt is now huge and very entertaining.  And on Thursday everyone went to the beach, although Chloe didn’t know which one.  She and Colin were able to play on the rocks until the tide came in too far.

Now we are just waiting until Tuesday to read the results of the scan.  Having the procedure behind us has been a relief in of itself.  Seeing positive results will be the icing on the cake.

The whole family is due for good health and better days.  With summer close at hand we want to be ready to jump into the water fights and bike rides.  Right now… we’ll just enjoy the rain as much as possible.

Be well,

Ron

I am so greatful you had a better experience yesterday with your MRI. I know tests and procedures can be very scary, even for adults, and im very happy the tech treated you well and made it as easy as possible for you to get the test done. I feel very positive that the results will come back with good news !!!
You’ll always be in my thoughts and prayers, as your whole family always are !!
